Egberto Morales Carrasco doing busieness as Egberto Morales & Asociados, also known as EMICA is a solely owned professional services office organized in 2002 by Eng. Egberto Morales Carrasco to offer consulting services in the construction and engineering fields.

EMICA’s experience has been obtained during our association with the most prestigious construction companies of the Island.  Companies such as Rexach Construction, Interstate General Contractors, Bird Construction and Redondo Construction have offered us the opportunity to enhance our knowledge and capabilities within the industry during our management and direction in a variety of construction projects such as, multi-story office buildings, multi-story parking buildings, public and private housing, schools, hotels, hospitals, industrial buildings, the San Juan Urban Train and others.   Said experience was attained while dealing with the many different levels of responsibilities in positions such as Project Engineer, Project Manager and Company Vice President at said companies.
  
During the past years, EMICA has been offering Construction Management and Inspection services to Puerto Rico’s central government agencies such as the Solid Waste Authority in the remodeling of the “Edificio para Agencias Ambientales” project, located in Río Piedras, to the Sport and Recreations Department in various projects and to municipal governments such as the Municipio de Cataño.

In the private sector EMICA has offered Project Management and inspection services to building owners.

EMICA has been offering pre-construction consulting services to private entities such as Lema Developers and GIB Distribution, Inc.  The pre-construction services include cost estimates, drawings evaluation and value engineering.
